Owner Founder and Executive Coach, Irine Asanji
The Founder/CEO Irine Asanji popularly called LIA has spent decades of her life helping individuals of different age groups, races and backgrounds, cope with life challenges sometimes very hopeless in nature, and supported them find their voices out of traumatic circumstances. She has been blessed with the privileged opportunity to impact many individuals sometimes from random street encounters, in different parts of the world especially Canada, to quit addiction, strengthen spirituality, and rebuild healthy lifestyles and relationships embracing new leases to life and becoming their best selves yet.
From public speaking engagements, inspirational blogs and book publications LIA has constantly found herself drawn to the deeper calling of reaching out to the world through her God-given gifts, accomplishing inspiring results.
About the Founder
Irine Asanji, also known as LIA, has dedicated decades to helping individuals from diverse backgrounds overcome life’s challenges, often in seemingly hopeless situations. Her work spans various age groups and races, providing support to those in traumatic circumstances, helping them find their voices.
LIA has had the privilege of impacting many lives, sometimes through random street encounters across the globe, particularly in Canada. She has assisted people in quitting addictions, strengthening their spirituality, and rebuilding healthy lifestyles and relationships. Her approach empowers individuals to embrace new beginnings and become their best selves.
Through public speaking engagements, inspirational blogs, and book publications, LIA is continuously drawn to her deeper calling of reaching out to the world with her God-given gifts, achieving remarkable and inspiring results.
LIA's Background
Coach Lia is a multiple award-winning professional Speaker, Transformational Life coach with a niche in Mindset shift, Resilience Coaching, Purpose Pursuit and areas involving navigating tough life transitions. Also known as the possibility analyst Coach Lia has a gift of speaking to the hearts and souls of audiences provoking rapid transformation and change.
She is a published author and singer based in Toronto-Canada. She has a background as a broadcast journalist, freelance writer, community empowerment volunteer prior to leaving Cameroon on scholarship for Europe and later Canada. She has a passion for peoples of all cultures, ethnicities and races and connects easily and deeply with new individuals and communities encountered through her career, travels and daily outreaches. In Norway Coach Lia co-produced a documentary about the Sammi aboriginal peoples of Northern Norway and her passion for migrant issues also inspired her to research and produce a documentary titled Like Israelites in Egypt, chronicling the lives of the Ngie migrant community from NW Region Cameroon living in Ekona Town, SW Region of Cameroon. Her documentary featured at the Stockholm Film Festival and the Tromso film Festival respectively. With her anthropology and mass communication background Lia further continued to channel her natural love for people through opportunities to solve problems and offer help, hope and support for individuals in distress. She has helped lots of individuals come out of the bring of depression and suicide originally offering life coaching pro-bono from 2011 to 2023.
Talktolia coaching solutions originally started as Talktolia Marriage and Family Enrichment services On November 11, 2011 when Lia was facing a debilitating time in her life, that left her raising two babies and navigating depression and hardship. She came out of that experience even more determined to help others find their voice, strength and purpose. In 2020 Talktolia became Talktolia Enrichment Services and finally was renamed Talktolia Coaching Solutions in September 30th 2023 when Coach Lia decided to officially launch this platform to coordinate and reach a wider audience for a greater impact.
Volunteer Works
LIA has volunteered with the YWCA in training grassroots women in building capacity and overcoming limitations in Cameroon, volunteered with organizations in Canada to assist families in need especially during the most recent covid-19 pandemic and also an active member of the Canada Virtuous Women Organisation joining hands to assist alleviate and empower widows and orphans in Canada and Africa. Most of the clients Lia has impacted over the decades have connected with her vis social media platforms, referrals and in person. She is constantly blogging and changing lives through her social media and her drive to expand her coaching services to a wider audience also fueled this vision.
Academic Accomplishments
She holds a Bachelor’s in Journalism and Mass Communication BSC from the University of Buea in Cameroon, An M.Phil. in Visual Anthropology from the University of Tromso in Norway, Four Agile Certifications, Project Management Professional Certification, Transformational life coaching certifications in Forgiveness, Life Purpose Quest Workshop Facilitation, Life Story Coaching and Spirituality Life Coaching From The Transformation Academy,USA.
She has also been trained, coached and certified by Lisa Nichols through various organized programs on the motivating the masses campus and also interacted with Maxwell certified mentors and coaches like Dr, Madison Ngafeeson among others.
Awards and Recognition
LIA does not rely on past glories that’s why she keeps growing and improving and will never stop until she is out of here 126 years later, lol, but yeah, take a look at some of the achievements by a great mind, LIA.
In 2012 Lia was recognized among a cream of Cameroonian Canadians by the Cameroon High Commission for Canada and featured in a publication chronicling positive contributions in the diaspora.
In 2015 LIA was recognized by the Canada International Black Women Event CIBWE Toronto, among the top 100 Black Women to Watch in Canada;
In 2016 London, UK she received a Career Women Award in Public Counseling by the Cameroon Career Women Award, CCW.
In 2017 and 2019, respectively, LIA received Best Gospel Music Artist Award by the Kilimanjaro Music Award, Toronto KILIMANJARO MUSIC AWARD, TORONTO
In 2024 she was recognized by the MP of her municipality in association with The Canadian African Aid Program CAWAP and awarded Inclusive Media Award for her transformation and impacting activities via diverse media platforms.
