Hello Coach. I started my coaching on June 13, 2024, because I was going through very difficult times where I was on the verge of
abandoning the job where I was commissioned as Director General.
At one point, there was a huge misunderstanding between the CEO of the company and myself following the shenanigans and schemings of various colleagues who gave destructive testimonies against me. I plunged into depression and my communication and management errors only multiplied to the point where I was on the replacement list.
Going to work had become torture for me. Looking at my colleagues had become a way of the cross. I had lost confidence in myself. I no longer believed in myself because my morale was destroyed.
I had the chance to know coach Irine through the promoter who thought it was necessary for another person to coach me. And it was coach Irine. The very first contact was fluid and relaxing, and I let myself go. Over the days, we have managed all aspects: physical, social, personal, professional, and spiritual. I felt light and started to take care of myself again. I had all kinds of attacks. Thanks to the coach, I was able to overcome my bruised morale, overcome frustration, and become strong in the eyes of those who thought they would chase me out of the company. Our CEO became calm again with no more threats at every turn. At the moment, a climate of serenity has settled thanks to apllication of strategies from COACH Irine. I had to take radical actions to turn things around rapidly.
She allowed me to regain confidence in myself and to dominate over the enemies of my happiness.

Before starting this mentorship with Coach Lia, I lacked self confidence and a sense of purpose. For the past 10 years, there was no clear sense of identity. My university years were all spent in utter oblivion, wanting to both follow my passion and meet expectations.
